These terms govern your use of Map Your OS and its assessment products. By using the service you agree to them. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What this is (and is not)

Map Your OS provides personality and cognitive assessments and an AI-assisted report for self-insight and personal development. It is not a clinical, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, employment-screening, or financial-advice tool, and nothing in it is professional advice. Some included tests are validated research (Big Five, cognitive ability); others are frameworks or wellness lenses for reflection, and we label which is which.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Purchases, payment, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the transaction. If you are not satisfied, contact support@mapyouros.com and we will make it right per our posted guarantee. Access to a purchased assessment is personal to you and the link is single-use; do not share it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, attempting to access others' assessments, or interfering with the platform.

Intellectual property

The assessment, reports, templates, brand, and content are ours or our licensors'. Your report is provided for your personal use. The test instruments are used as original or licensed equivalents.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Results are for reflection and you are responsible for any decisions you make. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
