The business can't run without you. Founder OS maps the wiring that put you there.

A science-grounded read of how you specifically build, sell, lead, and stall, compiled into a founder operating manual: your strengths and edge, the blind spots that keep everything routing through you, and how you are built to work. Not another four-letter label. The manual for the one running the show.

$9 one-time launch price. It goes up once we validate it, a fraction of what a founder workshop costs.

About an hour, one focused sitting. One-time, no subscription. Your results the moment you finish.

The real problem

This is not a time-management problem.

You have tried the systems, the tools, the 5am starts. Work still routes back to you. The deepest reason everything depends on you is not your calendar, it is your wiring: what you quietly refuse to delegate, the decisions you will not let go of, the work you avoid. Generic quizzes handed you a four-letter label that fit half the founders you know. None of them named the specific pattern that keeps you in the middle of everything.

What you get

Not a label. A manual you can run.

The moment you finish a test, its result is there. Then your full Founder OS report compiles: your edge, your predictable failure modes, and a plan built around how you actually operate.

  • An immediate result the moment you finish each test
  • Your strengths and where they actually come from
  • The failure modes to catch before they cost you
  • A day and habit set shaped to how you operate

Your core engine and edge

The strengths that compound for you, and the specific advantage you have over the average founder.

Why everything runs through you

The blind spots and paradoxes in your wiring that keep you the bottleneck, each named so you can catch it.

Under pressure

Unlocks in your full report

Illustrative. Your report is generated from your own results.

The mechanism

Your operating system: the constants under every decision

Under the daily noise, you run on a stable set of traits: how you think, learn, take risk, sell, lead, and recover. They do not change with the pitch or the quarter. They are your operating system, and they are a big part of why your business looks the way it does. We measure it across eight aspects, then compile the one thing a label cannot give you: a founder operating manual that names how you are wired and how to run yourself on purpose.

What we measure

Eight aspects, honestly labeled

We tell you which parts are validated science and which are useful frameworks. No overclaiming.

Big Five (30 facets)

Validated

Your core traits at facet depth. The most validated model of personality.

Reasoning (classic)

Validated

How you process problems under load. A validated cognitive measure, shown as a soft estimate.

Reasoning (culture-fair)

Validated

Pattern-and-logic ability with minimal language bias. Shown as a soft estimate.

DISC

Framework

Your working and communication style. A popular framework for self-reflection.

MBTI-style type

Framework

How you take in information and decide. A framework, not a verdict.

Creative problem-solving

For interest

How you generate and pursue novel solutions. A self-report indicator.

VARK learning style

For interest

How you prefer to take in new information. A preference lens, not a predictor of ability.

Ayurvedic dosha

For interest

A traditional wellness lens on temperament and energy. Not a health claim.

What you get · your report

The manual, not the label

  1. Your core engine and edge

The strengths that compound for you, and the specific advantage you have over the average founder.

  2. Why everything runs through you

The blind spots and paradoxes in your wiring that keep you the bottleneck, each named so you can catch it.

  3. Under pressure

Your default failure mode under load, including the silent-burnout pattern most high-drive founders never see coming.

  4. How you sell

Your natural close, how you build trust, and exactly where you leak deals.

  5. How you lead

Your leadership and delegation style, your decision-making, and the people-management blind spot to watch.

  6. How to work with you

A plain user-manual you can hand your co-founder, team, or investors.

  7. Who to hire around you

The complementary wiring and first hires that offset your blind spots.

  8. A day built for you, plus your do's and don'ts

A schedule, habits, and a scannable cheat-sheet shaped to how you focus, decide, and recover.

  9. Written in your own voice

The whole manual is written in the way you communicate and think, matched to your profile, so it actually lands.

The differentiator

The part software can't do: a real operator reads it

An automated report is the ECG. A human read is the cardiologist. We partnered with Advisor Avi, an operating partner who embeds with founders and builds their companies alongside them, and who works with only a handful at a time. Founders who complete Founder OS can have their results read by him personally. Most tools stop at the printout. This one has a real operator behind it.

This is for you if

  • You are the owner, and right now the business cannot run a week without you.
  • You have tried tools and systems, and the work still routes back to you.
  • You will actually act on a clear read of how you are wired, not just collect another label.

Skip it if

  • You want a quick, for-fun quiz to share at a party.
  • You are looking for one more four-letter type to put in your bio.
  • You are not in a season where you will change how you work.

Questions

Is this real science, or another internet quiz?

Both the honest and the useful answer: the core, Big Five and cognitive ability, is genuinely validated research. The rest (DISC, MBTI-style type, VARK, dosha) we label plainly as frameworks or wellness lenses, not hard science. You get the depth of the validated core plus the color of the frameworks, and we tell you which is which. No overclaiming.

Who actually reads my results?

We partnered with Advisor Avi, an operating partner who builds companies alongside founders and takes on only a handful at a time. He reads Founder OS results personally, a real expert behind the report, not just an algorithm.

How long does it take?

Set aside about an hour and do it in one focused sitting. Each test reveals its result the moment you complete it, so it stays engaging, and your progress saves to your email if you need to step away and finish later.

What do I actually get?

An immediate per-test result as you go, then a compiled Founder OS manual: your core engine and edge, the blind spots that keep you the bottleneck, how you behave under pressure, how you sell and lead, a user-manual to hand your team, who to hire around you, a day built for you, and a do's and don'ts cheat-sheet. Written in your own communication style.

Can I retake it later?

Yes. People change. Retaking months later shows how you've grown, a before-and-after on your own operating system.

What if I do the work and get no new insight?

Then tell us and we'll make it right. Often that means Avi reads your results personally and sends you a short walkthrough, the human read that tends to surface the thing the report alone missed. If it's still not worth it to you after that, we'll sort out a refund. Just reply to your receipt.

What people say

Most personality tests I've taken felt off. This one I kept going, 'oh yeah, this is actually me.' It was accurate, and honestly it was fun.
Trisha V.
Pretty good, and self-aware. It was nice to have a third party confirm what I'd known internally but was running on faith. Even my IQ came back higher than I'd have guessed.
Kris U.
For the most part the assessment was pretty accurate. DISC depends on the scenario, and that fit how I actually operate.

The launch price will not last, and you cannot get back the quarters spent running on a label instead of a manual. The cheapest time to start with your own is now.
